Our cat litter is vacuum-sealed in individual packages and protected with an additional cardboard box. Please be aware that slight air leakage in sealed bags due to transportation is considered normal. As long as the vacuum-sealed cat litter remains undamaged, minor air leakage does not affect its effectiveness or shelf life.

We kindly recommend that you promptly inspect your cat litter upon receipt to ensure it has arrived in pristine condition. Should you discover any damage to the vacuum packaging, please contact us immediately within 30 days of delivery.

To facilitate a seamless exchange process, please provide your order number or receipt along with clear photographs of the damaged packaging. Complimentary exchanges are exclusively offered for items with damaged vacuum packaging. For any other reasons, or after 30 days, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cat litter products.
